Things to do while in the Hunter Valley: Your day could include a champagne balloon flight over the vineyards followed by a late breakfast at Corianders Tea House.
Start your tour at Petersons Champagne House and visit some of the 50 nearby wineries, stopping at Cafe Croc at beautiful Wandin Valley estate for a leisurely lunch. Back to base for a siesta and spa and then settle down on the verandah and watch the sun set. Top off the day by having a romantic dinner at Mojos (vineyard shuttle service available).
Other attractions include bus or horse drawn vineyard tours, five competition golf courses, art and pottery galleries, antiques - something for everyone (even a boutique brewery).
